End of the Roll Flooring Centres in Fort McMurray, is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our business. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong retail management experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales while developing a high-performing team.
A day in the life of
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing, planning, and directing all aspects of store operations. This role includes driving revenue performance, managing staffing needs, and ensuring inventory levels align with customer demand. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a hands-on, lead-by-example leadership approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations, including sales, customer service, scheduling, and merchandising
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and warehouse teams to meet and exceed sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial consultation through project completion
- Manage inventory levels, product ordering, receiving, and showroom presentation
- Ensure accurate sales documentation, estimates, and follow-up with customers
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor store performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
What we need from you
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- University degree or college diploma preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in the retail or customer service industry with an increasing level of responsibility.
- Ability to occasionally lift to 50lbs.
