Your contribution!
Reporting to the Senior Director – Global Compensation, the Senior Technician plays an active role in the day-to-day administration of benefit plans (group insurance, savings plans, EAP, etc.) as well as other total compensation programs.
They also serve as the point of contact for employees and vendors regarding any issues related to these programs.
Your day-to-day!
- Handle the administrative aspects of managing employee benefit programs in various countries (Canada, the United States, and France)
- Process and track changes related to employee benefits in the systems
- Generate, validate, and track reports, including billing for employee benefit programs
- Serve as a point of contact to answer questions from employees and suppliers
- Assist the team with the annual benefits renewal process
- Work with the team on various projects related to employee benefit programs
- Analyze, recommend improvements to, and enhance administrative tools and processes
- Help prepare internal communications related to employee benefits
- Help update the intranet to improve the employee experience
- Help draft documents, procedures, and policies in collaboration with the team
- Contribute to special projects
Participate in the year-end process related to salary increases.
