About Us
Little Hands Montessori Academy is a warm, nurturing, and engaging childcare centre dedicated to providing a safe and positive learning environment for children. We are currently looking for a passionate and reliable Full-Time Early Childhood Educator (Level 1 or Level 2) to join our team.
Responsibilities
Supervise and engage children in daily routines and activities
Create a safe, supportive, and positive classroom environment
Support children’s learning through play-based and Montessori-inspired activities
Follow daily classroom schedules and centre policies
Communicate professionally with staff and parents
Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards in the classroom
Assist with snack, transitions, outdoor play, and daily programming
Qualifications
Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 1 or Level 2 Certification required
Experience working with children is an asset
Valid First Aid & CPR Certification (or willing to obtain)
Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
