This role is responsible for overseeing daily CNC operations within a fast-paced, high-volume production line environment where meeting output targets, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing downtime are critical to operational success.

Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead daily CNC production activities, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
- Drive performance to meet output targets, quality standards, and departmental KPIs.
- Troubleshoot programming, tooling, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
- Monitor production timelines and coordinate with internal teams to maintain continuous workflow.
- Support and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce waste.
Safety & Compliance
- Reinforce adherence to all health and safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Promote safe machine operation and proper material handling practices.
- Identify and address workplace hazards or operational risks proactively.
- Support a strong safety culture across the production floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment (cabinetry, door, panel, or similar production setting preferred).
- Experience operating CNC equipment in a fast-paced, high-volume production line environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving experience with CNC systems.
- Advanced measuring skills in imperial and metric systems.
- Strong mathematical aptitude (unit conversions, ratios, percentages).
- Proficient with CNC software, production tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as required.
Work Conditions
- In-person role based in a manufacturing facility.
- Must be flexible to work day or night shift based on operational requirements.
