Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of vehicles and equipment, providing essential services to keep our clients’ operations running smoothly. Candidates with dealership experience, mechanic expertise, and familiarity with various power tools and schematics will excel in this position.
Retired mechanics are also welcome.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles and equipment, including cars especially toyota vehicles.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment to identify issues and execute repairs efficiently
- Conduct repairs involving electrical systems, HVAC components, welding, and mechanical systems.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems
- Assist with assembly, disassembly, and installation of parts or equipment as needed
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic; dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment required for automotive or industrial repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during maintenance tasks
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience working with industrial equipment or heavy machinery is a plus
- Good communication skills for team collaboration
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to automotive repair or heavy equipment operation are advantageous

Pay: $21.15-$34.56 per hour
