Job Title: Preconstruction Home Sales Representative
Job Overview: We are currently seeking a personable and professional individual to join our team as a Preconstruction Home Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential buyers and visitors, creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere. As a Preconstruction Home Sales Representative, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of residential properties during the preconstruction phase as well as some ready built new homes. You will work closely with potential buyers, providing them with detailed information about the development, guiding them through the purchasing process, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to closing. Your expertise in real estate, market trends, and the construction process will be vital in assisting clients in making informed decisions about their investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct consultations with prospective homebuyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the development project, including available floor plans, features, amenities, pricing, and construction timelines.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value proposition of the development and address any concerns or questions raised by potential buyers.
- Lead Management: Manage leads through various channels such as inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing relationships with potential buyers. Meticulous reporting of leads and prospect interactions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building rapport to foster long-term client relationships.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitive developments, and industry best practices to adapt sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and sales reports accurately and efficiently to facilitate smooth transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members, marketing departments, and management, to streamline communication and ensure cohesive efforts in achieving sales targets.
- Professional Development: Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through training, networking, and industry events to stay at the forefront of the real estate market and sales practices.
Qualifications:
- Valid Real Estate License in Ontario (required).
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in preconstruction or new development projects is an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation abilities, with the capability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant sales tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules and project deadlines.
- Meticulous reporting of leads and interactions.

Pay: Per Diem + (Commission Pay to be negotiated)
