We’re looking for outgoing, reliable, and energetic team members to join our Front of House as Servers and Bartenders. This role is all about creating a great guest experience, staying sharp during busy shifts, and working as part of a strong team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and know how to handle a crowd while keeping service friendly and efficient, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (bartenders)
- Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and presentation
- Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized section/bar area
- Check IDs and follow all alcohol service regulations
- Work with the kitchen and team to keep service running smoothly
- Upsell menu items and promote features when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred
- Smart Serve certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy shifts
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
