Partnership Opportunity
We are seeking physicians interested in building their practice while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of health professionals.
This is not a salaried employment position.
Instead, we offer a flexible Independent Contractor / Revenue Sharing partnership model that allows physicians to maintain professional independence while benefiting from our facilities, operational support, and business development initiatives.

Training or certification in Lifestyle Medicine or Functional Medicine is considered an asset but is not required.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
· Hold a valid MD license to practise in Ontario.
· Be in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
· Demonstrate excellent communication and patient-centred care.
· Have an interest in prevention, wellness, and long-term health management.
· Enjoy working collaboratively with nutrition consultants and other healthcare professionals.
