Hardscape & Landscape Construction Crew Member
We are looking for hardworking and reliable team members to join our landscape construction crew.
Responsibilities:
Install paving stones, patios, walkways, and retaining walls
Build fences, decks, and other outdoor structures
Operate landscape equipment and machinery (skid steers, mini loaders, compact equipment, etc.)
Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handling
Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Maintain a clean and professional job site
Requirements:
Experience in hardscaping, construction, landscaping, fencing, or decking is an asset
Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
Valid driver's license is preferred
Experience operating equipment is an asset
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Compensation:
Pay depends on experience, skills, and the scope of each project
