Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Staffing Coordinator to support daily staffing operations for one of our company’s key clients.
This role will act as the main point of contact between the company and the client, responsible for daily staffing coordination, employee placement, onboarding, roster management, and ongoing workforce follow-up. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing daily requirements.
Duties
- Act as the main point of contact for the assigned client and maintain daily communication regarding staffing needs and placement updates.
- Understand and track the client’s requirements for each position, including job duties, shift schedules, qualifications, and headcount, to ensure staffing needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Interview and screen potential candidates, select suitable employees based on client requirements, and arrange onboarding while ensuring all requirements are met before the employee starts work.
- Prepare and maintain employee rosters, ensuring all employee information is complete and accurate.
- Follow up with active employees on a daily basis and update the client/company regarding attendance, work status, and any staffing changes.
- Handle employee leave requests, resignations, layoffs, and other employment status changes.
- Prepare employment-related documents, including ROEs when required.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of employee information, placement details, attendance, and communication with the client.
- Support other HR and staffing-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, HR, or workforce coordination is required.
- Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work closely with clients and employees in a professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to urgent staffing needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other roster/document management tools.
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
