Position Overview
ANT Equipment Group is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to join our team as we continue our rapid growth across Western Canada. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the successful candidate will lead our equipment sales and rental divisions, develop and execute sales strategies, expand market share, mentor sales teams, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across all company locations.
- Lead, mentor, and support outside sales representatives and branch sales teams.
- Establish sales goals, KPIs, budgets, and performance expectations.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and increased market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, municipalities, and industry partners.
- Work closely with branch managers to improve sales performance and customer retention.
- Analyze market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Oversee customer pricing strategies, major account development, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with operations, service, rentals, and finance departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans to executive leadership.
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience within the heavy equipment, construction equipment, industrial equipment, material handling, or related industries.
- Minimum 5 years of heavy machinery sales experience, with a proven track record of developing customer relationships and driving sales growth within the heavy equipment industry.
- Proven experience managing large territories and achieving sales growth targets.
- Strong understanding of equipment sales, rentals, financing, and customer lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and coaching sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.

Pay: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
