Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong interest in landscaping, construction and property maintenance. This role involves performing various tasks related to landscaping, gardening and maintenance of outdoor spaces, ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
- Conduct landscape construction tasks such as assisting in the installation of patios, retaining walls, decks, fences, garden beds etc.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.
- Operating various landscaping related equipment such as tampers, saws, drills, lawn-mowers, trimmers etc.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape construction is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with various equipment operation like skid steers, excavators, tampers, stone saw's is a big asset.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping equipment effectively.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
