Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care in a fast pace timely manner
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies throughout each shift
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician with intricate nail art or in a related beauty service role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs
- Ability to uphold high sanitation standards consistently in accordance with health regulations
- Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service that leaves clients feeling valued and satisfied
- Experience creating press on nails is highly preferred
