Duties
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes to minimize costs while maintaining quality.
