About the role:
Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing? Put your skills to work in a role where every day helps customers enjoy their adventures. As a Parts & Service Specialist, you will ensure the Service Department has appropriate parts and parts information available to successfully accomplish their business objectives.
We’re looking for detail-oriented, reliable team players who thrive in a customer-focused environment that values quality service and technical excellence. If you’re ready to combine your mechanical know-how with your love for the outdoors, this is the place for you!
As an Parts & Service Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

Assist and communicate with shipping and receiving regarding the status of parts required for service work.

Communicate with the Service Dispatcher and pre-pull parts required for daily scheduled service work.

Provide accurate pricing and availability, and complete service estimates in a timely manner.

Recommend parts and accessories inventory levels that result in expected sales volume and assist in inventory turns.

Collaborate with the Parts Order Desk on purchase order follow ups.
The selected candidate must be available weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays, but not Sundays!

Requirements:
-
2+ years experience in RV Service/parts related role.
-
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented and achievement driven
- Moderate to advanced computer skills
