Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile All-Around Handy-person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various maintenance and repair tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong work ethic. As an All-Around Handy-person, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, completing assigned tasks promptly and efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to understand their maintenance and repair needs
- Complete assigned tasks, including but not limited to:
- Plumbing repairs
- Electrical work
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Drywall repairs
- Fixture installations
- General maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets client expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handy-person
- Proficiency in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
