Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order processing, always delivering top-tier service.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with repair shops, dealerships, and fleet service providers.
- Provide personalized recommendations to help customers find the best solutions for their needs.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams for seamless delivery.
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems, ensuring proactive follow-ups and ongoing support.
- Serve as a key point of contact, addressing concerns and finding solutions with a customer-first mindset.
- Support outside sales representatives with quotes, follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including promotions, social media updates, website updates, and email campaigns.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and organization.
- Use Canva to assist with promotional content, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
- Have a basic understanding of website updates to maintain product listings and company information.
- Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth collaborative workflow, always ready to jump in and help where needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Team-oriented mindset—ready to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ability to multitask and provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva, and basic website knowledge is helpful but not required.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset that aligns with our values.
