As a member of our crew, you'll help create and maintain beautiful residential and commercial properties throughout the Niagara region. Every day offers a variety of hands-on work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Weed, cultivate, and care for garden beds
- Trim and prune trees, shrubs, hedges, and bushes
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and seasonal landscape materials
- Perform property cleanups and debris removal
- Safely operate landscaping equipment and tools
- Load and unload equipment and materials as needed
- Maintain clean, attractive, and well-kept properties
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Work efficiently with your team in a variety of outdoor conditions

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or garden maintenance experience is an asset, but not required - we're happy to train motivated individuals
- Experience operating lawn care and landscaping equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of plant identification and garden care is an asset
- A valid driver's license is an asset
- Must live in the Niagara Region and have reliable transportation to and from work
