This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key part in creating outstanding experiences through exceptional service, strong communication, and efficient support of daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Front Desk Support
- Welcome clients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment requests
- Confirm and schedule client appointments accurately and efficiently
Administrative Support
- Maintain client records and update information as needed
- Assist with reception area organization and cleanliness
- Process transactions, handle payments, and manage bookings in the clinic system
- Support inventory tracking of retail products and clinic supplies
Customer Service
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure a positive and accommodating experience for every client
- Address client questions professionally and escalate concerns when appropriate
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Professional, friendly, and client-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling and point-of-sale software
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Fast-paced, client-facing role
- Requires standing and light movement throughout the day
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
