About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and assist staff, management, and clients/vendor professionally. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, correspondence, presentations, and internal documents
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Coordinate office maintenance and vendor services
- Ensure office spaces remain clean, organized, and operational
- Support internal communications and company announcements
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Complete bank runs as needed
- Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Office Administration or Business Administration education preferred
- Relevant work experience may be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management abilities
- Professional phone and customer service manner
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are required, as this role includes bank runs, mailing, and other office-related deliveries and errands.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
