BlueJack is looking for a hands-on leader to run an attic insulation truck in the Durham Region.
This isn’t just another labour job. It’s a lead role for someone who wants responsibility, trust, and room to grow. As BlueJack grows, you will help set the benchmark for how our trucks operate, how our crews perform, and how new people are trained.
If you are reliable, practical, good with homeowners, and proud of clean work, this could be a strong fit.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Truck & Crew Leadership — Lead a small field crew, manage the on-site workflow, and make sure the truck is stocked, clean, organized, and job-ready.
High-Standard Installation — Work in attics alongside your crew to complete insulation installs, prep work, baffles, and related tasks.
Homeowner Experience — Represent BlueJack professionally on site with clear, respectful communication and a clean job-site experience.
Process Improvement — Track basic job details such as photos, materials, labour time, and site notes. Speak up when you see ways to make the work faster, cleaner, safer, or more consistent.
Training — Help onboard and mentor new installers as the team grows and more trucks are added.
How We Work
Excellence Only — No shortcuts, no sloppy work, no “good enough.” We deliver clean installs and clear, professional communication. Every single time.
Bring Your Best Self — Show up on time, prepared, positive, and ready to do the work properly. The crew and the homeowner should be better off because you were there.
Win as a Team — We leave ego at the door, work hard, help each other, and take pride in the final result.
Qualifications & Experience
The Right Fit Comes First — Reliability, work ethic, attitude, and natural leadership matter most. We can train the technical skills for the right person.
Relevant Experience — Attic insulation experience is a major asset. Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, renovation, framing, or other hands-on trades is also highly valuable.
Leadership Experience — Experience running a work truck, leading a field crew, training others, or being trusted with equipment and customer-facing work is a strong plus.
Requirements — Valid driver’s licence, ability to lift heavy insulation bags and equipment, and comfort working in attics, tight spaces, and changing weather conditions.
Why BlueJack?

We are not building an average team. We are looking for someone who wants to help set the standard.
