Responsibilities:
- Maneuver heavy equipment to ensure the accurate removal and placement of materials.
- Load and offload various materials using heavy equipment.
- Perform fine grading, and stripping tasks.
- Work with site foreman to complete tasks in a safe and timely manner.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure the equipment is safe and in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate records of on-site activity including time tracking, work orders, health and safety forms, equipment logs, etc.
- Assist in winter operations by clearing and salting of snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties during the winter months.
- Communicate issues relating to employee relations, equipment issues, customer issues – make suggestions for solutions.
- Maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures prescribed by the Company and WHMIS Guidelines in performance of duties.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience operating equipment.
- Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- A sound understanding of safety guidelines.
- Sharp decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure.

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
