Freebird Market is a chef-driven café, market, and catering company producing fresh food daily from our 8,000 sq. ft. production kitchen. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Café & Market Team Member to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, food service, and being part of a strong, supportive team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Operating the POS system and handling transactions
- Preparing coffee, tea, espresso beverages, and matcha
- Serving salads, prepared foods, and retail products
- Heating sandwiches and pizzas to order
- Packaging catering and retail orders
- Restocking displays and maintaining presentation standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Supporting daily operations and assisting wherever needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, food service, retail, cafés, restaurants, or hospitality
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
Assets
- Barista experience
- Smart Serve certification
- Experience using a POS system
