SCOPE: Responsible to support the process of processing orders and meet company goals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Ø Enter orders
Ø Set up / revise dockets – maintain dockets – customer approvals
Ø Liaison between customer, sales representative and purchasing to resolve any discrepancies.
Ø Attach PO’s, confirmations and spec approvals to dockets as well as to orders
Ø Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and sales reps through open and interactive communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø Experience in customer service
Ø Proficient with computer applications
Ø Professional attitude, appearance and teamwork
Ø Solid written, communication and problem-solving skills
