What You'll Do:
Knock on doors in assigned neighbourhoods - Speak with homeowners about their power bill and solar options - Determine if they may qualify for solar - Book qualified appointments for our solar consultants (you do not close sales) - Collect required information, notes, and photos - Attend training and team meetings - Continuously improve your communication and sales skills - Represent the company professionally. This is an outdoor, field-based position where you'll meet new people, overcome objections, and build valuable communication skills.
Pay & Growth:
Depending on the final compensation structure, you'll have access to: - Base salary - Lead-setting commissions - Qualified lead bonuses ($50 per qualified lead) - Advancement into closing - Leadership and management opportunities Example Lead-Setting Commission If a homeowner you book installs a 15,000-watt solar system: - $0.075/watt = $1,125 - $0.10/watt = $1,500 Example monthly earnings: 4 installed deals - $4,500–$6,000/month 6 installed deals - $6,750–$9,000/month Top performers can continue advancing into closing and leadership for even greater earning potential.
Training:
We provide ongoing training in: - Door-to-door communication - Starting conversations naturally - Explaining solar simply - Booking appointments - Objection handling - Tonality and body language - Sales systems - Confidence building Training includes concepts from Door to Door University, Straight Line Persuasion, NLP-based sales techniques, objection handling, and real-world solar sales coaching. You won't be handed a script and left on your own—we invest in your development.
