Clear Conscious Cleaning is a small cleaning business seeking a dedicated, professional and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team.

The person who is selected for this role promises to provide exceptional cleaning and organizational services to homes, ensuring a clean, and welcoming environment for our clients.

Requirements:
-Possess excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
-Fluency in English required.
-Prior experience in residential cleaning (MINIMUM 1 Year)
-Owns a vehicle for transportation to and from homes. No busing. Must be trusted to arrive on scheduled time (traffic excluded)
-A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service
Duties
-Work independently with minimal supervision as well as work professionally when clients are home
-Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors
-Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
-Use appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques
-Organize and declutter spaces to enhance overall home appearance
-Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
-Communicate professionally with clients and employer to understand their specific cleaning preferences and requirements
-Promptly informing employer about any dissatisfaction, incidents or concerns.
