Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our residential clients. If you have a passion for cleanliness and enjoy creating a welcoming environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas - Make beds and change linens - Launder and iron clothes as needed - Empty trash and dispose of waste properly - Organize and tidy up rooms and living spaces - Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients in a professional manner - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety protocols and cleaning standards Qualifications: - Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks - Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members - Hospitality mindset with a focus on creating a positive customer experience - Basic cooking skills are a plus - Organizational skills to maintain cleaning supplies and equipment We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
