Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Cosmetic Nurse Injector to join our premier aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injections and related procedures. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, administering injectables such as Botox, Dermal fillers, Sculptra, Skinboosters, IV Therapy and PRP/Microneedling. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong sense of professionalism and a passion for enhancing client confidence through advanced cosmetic procedures.
Responsibilities
- Administer cosmetic injectables including Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical treatments PRP Microneedling, Skinboosters, Sculptra.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations.
- Maintain strict adherence to sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a sterile environment.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and product recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop customized treatment plans that align with client goals.
- Manage patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Promote retail sales of treatment packages through effective upselling techniques.
- Provide exceptional service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in cosmetic procedures, products, and industry trends.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Advanced Cosmetic Nurse Injector with at least three years of practice in aesthetic medicine.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures clearly and managing patient expectations.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in medical aesthetics.
- Ability to perform retail sales, upselling, and product demos confidently.
- Experience with front desk operations, guest services, and appointment management.
- Familiarity with body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
