Responsibilities:
Assist the body shop team by:
Removing all vehicles stored inside the shop overnight.
Pre-washing all vehicles before body repairs.
Pre-scanning all vehicles before repair work.
Keeping the shop clean and organized.
Cleaning the shop and ensuring every work bay remains a safe, clean environment by removing garbage, cardboard, and unwanted parts.
Detailing all body shop vehicles after repairs are completed.
Post-scanning all vehicles following repairs.
Washing all vehicles for inspections (estimates and corrosion inspections).
Supporting body shop staff when required.
Washing body shop floors at week’s end when requested by management.
Removing snow from vehicles in the parking lot after storms.
Any additional duties assigned by the department manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
A friendly manner when interacting with customers and fellow employees
Deliver an excellent customer service experience at the dealership
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
