We are currently scouting a member to join our team of Line Technician in Saskatoon. This full-time position is responsible for fueling aircraft, ground handling and customer service. This work requires a strong approach for safety and customer service.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities (WHAT)
- Greet customers and marshal aircraft providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide professional ground handling and baggage service to all customers’ aircraft.
- Safely operate aircraft in and out of the hangar and on or off various aprons of the airport.
- Receive fuel to bulk storage facility.
- Quality control checks and tests on fuel and ground service equipment.
- Housekeeping and minor repairs on equipment and facilities as required.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will reflect Kreos' unrelenting culture of exceptional service and will demonstrate the following:
- Class 3A license prefered with clean drivers abstract necessary.
- Experience with operation of aircraft ground handling equipment, aviation fuel trucks and fuel equipment.
- Ability to work independently and safely.
- Mechanical aptitude.
Experience:
- Familiarity with operation of aircraft ground handling equipment, aviation fuel trucks and fuel equipment is an asset.
Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills coupled with internal and external customer service skills.
- Willingness to work shifts as assigned coupled with the ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated with mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a tight time schedule.
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to change and reprioritize as necessary to ensure the service standards of the company are met.
- Ability to work irregular/flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Computer skills (including Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, and Teams) with a high degree of accuracy.

- Various communication equipment, which include radio base unit, hand held radio, cell phone, etc.
- Aviation refuelling trucks and equipment
- Tandem axle vehicles
- Various office equipment
- Telephones
- Ground handling equipment (Ground power unit (mobile), Lav cart, oxygen cart, generator sets (GPU), tractor tug and related ground handling equipment)
- De-ice equipment
- Normal office equipment

- Must be able to organize and meet simultaneous fuel schedules and work assignments.
- Ability to quickly adapt to constantly changing situations and work environments.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work shifts as assigned on days, evenings, nights and weekends with the flexibility to accommodate delays and possible overtime.
- Ability to report to work if called.
- Ability to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures with the majority of work being outdoors.
