Warehouse Supervisor/Runner
Duties:
- Oversee and manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient and timely processing of orders
- Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks for warehouse staff
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular counts
- Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management
Runner
In addition to warehouse role, there will be some running errands and site deliveries required. Must have valid drivers license.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using inventory management systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
