The Barley Mow Almonte is looking to hire full-time and part-time permanent or seasonal line cooks for the summer months with an option to extend based on performance and availability.

As a line cook with The Barley Mow you key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a line cook
- You will be required to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- You will be required to follow company food specs and recipes as well as maintain a high standard of food quality and cleanliness.
Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Cook dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of all ingredients during meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and customer satisfaction
- Stock and restock kitchen supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations

Compensation is based on skill set and experience.
