This is a permanent, part-time position with a clear path toward full-time as we continue to grow.

Our supervisors are the people we count on when things don't go according to plan. When a cleaner calls out, a client has a concern, or a site needs attention, you're the person who steps in and makes sure the job gets done. That's not a small thing. That's the role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular Quality Control inspections at client sites and document findings with photos
- Follow up on any deficiencies and coach team members through them without making it a bigger deal than it needs to be
- Train new cleaners and support them while they're getting up to speed
- Coordinate coverage and cover shifts when team members are sick, on vacation, or unavailable
- Complete supply deliveries and keep inventory organized and stocked
- Communicate regularly with management about site conditions, staffing, and client feedback
- Help maintain positive relationships with our clients
- Ensure company standards are being met consistently across all locations
- Support onboarding and development of new team members
- Take pride in your work and help others take pride in theirs
Qualifications
- Extremely reliable. Your team depends on you showing up, every time
- Able to work evenings on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with flexibility for additional coverage days as needed
- Strong communicator, whether you're giving feedback, checking in, or flagging a concern
- Comfortable coaching others and having honest, direct conversations when standards aren't being met, respectfully but clearly
- You've either led a team before, or you naturally find yourself taking ownership and helping others succeed
- Organized and proactive. You notice things before they become problems
- Leads by example and not above doing the work yourself
- You take pride in noticing the details others miss and genuinely care about the quality of the work
- Positive attitude, even when things get messy (literally)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle. You'll be moving between multiple sites
- Previous cleaning experience is a strong asset
- Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred but not required for the right person

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
