Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Flexible Roadside Assistant to support drivers and customers in various roadside situations. Motiway is Edmonton's on-demand roadside assistance platform connecting drivers in need with local service providers.
This is not a traditional job. You are an independent contractor. You choose when you work and which jobs you accept.
Duties
- Assist stranded motorists with vehicle breakdowns, flat tires, or dead batteries
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform minor repairs or replacements on vehicles
- Provide support in changing tires, jump-starting vehicles, or delivering fuel when necessary
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during roadside assistance operations
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and provide reassurance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after each service call
- Document service activities accurately for reporting purposes
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and adapt to varying roadside conditions

What you need:

- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
