Overview
We are seeking talented and professional beauty specialists to rent private treatment rooms within our luxurious women’s salon. This opportunity allows licensed or experienced beauty providers to operate independently in a sophisticated, upscale environment. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of sanitation, and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients seeking premium beauty treatments. This role offers flexibility and the chance to grow your client base in a prestigious setting.
Duties
- Provide expert hair styling, styling consultations, and other beauty services to clients in a private treatment room.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing individual needs.
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards for your treatment area and tools to ensure a safe environment.
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client experience and increase revenue opportunities.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, and handling client inquiries professionally.
- Foster strong communication with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent service, professionalism, and effective retail sales techniques.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license preferred; relevant experience is also highly valued.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Experience with hair styling, skincare, or other beauty treatments is desirable.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and maintaining a clean treatment environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while prioritizing client needs.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and team members seamlessly.
- Proven ability to handle front desk duties efficiently, including appointment scheduling and client management.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently within a collaborative team setting.
This is a rental opportunity for an independent nail technician. The technician rents their own salon space; rental rates and terms will be discussed with interested candidates.
Pay: $1.00 per hour
