Production Worker
What you'll do:
- Follow health and safety protocols — safety first, always
- Keep your workstation and the production floor clean and organized
- Stick to production guidelines and specs like a pro
- Gather and prep raw materials for production
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards
- Communicate clearly with your team to keep things running smoothly and on time
- Assist with lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials as needed
- Operate and maintain machinery (we’ll train you!)
- Report any issues to your team lead
- Jump in on other tasks as assigned — variety keeps things interesting
- Recommend improvements to the production or assembly process
- Inspect, test, and measure materials or products during production
- Accept or reject finished items based on quality checks
- Report defects or problems to the team lead or production manager
What you bring:
- A great attitude and willingness to learn
- A love for hands-on work and making things
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills
- Great troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and organization
- Experience in manufacturing is a bonus, but not required
