We are looking for a motivated and professional Operations & Sales Manager to support the growth of our traffic control company in lower mainland. This temporary position is ideal for someone with strong communication, networking, and organizational skills who can help develop business relationships and secure traffic control projects.
The successful candidate will visit construction sites a few days per week based on mutual availability to promote the company’s traffic control services and build client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites to build relationships with contractors and site supervisors
- Promote and market the company’s traffic control services
- Help secure new traffic control contracts and business opportunities
- Assist with operations and coordination when required
- Maintain professional communication with clients and project managers
- Support scheduling, customer follow-ups, and business development activities
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, operations, construction, or traffic control industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and confident in meeting new clients
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Flexible availability during weekdays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
