Behind every successful business wireless solution is a team that ensures orders are accurate, customers are supported, and operations run seamlessly. As a Wireless Business Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our business customers. From provisioning and order fulfillment to billing accuracy and inventory management, you'll be at the center of our wireless operations.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Wireless Business Support Coordinator, you'll support the end-to-end fulfillment and administration of business wireless services. In this role, you'll:
- Process and fulfill orders accurately and on time
- Complete wireless number ports and residential-to-business account transfers
- Manage order-related change requests and ensure timely completion
- Verify pricing, promotions, and service details for accuracy and compliance
- Audit inventory, billing, and invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Provide post-sale support and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records across systems and support reporting requirements
- Assist with inventory planning, process improvements, and special projects

- Have a minimum high school diploma; post-secondary education in business is considered an asset
- Have experience in wireless, telecommunications, customer service, administration, or a related operational support role

- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
- Can effectively prioritize workload and adapt to changing business needs
- Have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, colleagues, and key partners
- Have proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and outcomes
