Administrative Assistant – WINMAR Saskatoon

Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We understand that school drop-offs, pick-ups, and other commitments can make traditional schedules difficult, so we are willing to adjust work hours for the right candidate.

Duties Include:
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Greeting customers and visitors
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Creating and maintaining job files
- Data entry
- Assisting with scheduling and appointment coordination
- Minimal bookkeeping duties
- General office administration and support
The Successful Candidate Will Have:

Experience in an office environment is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
