About the role
Off2Class is hiring a Marketing Demand Generation & Growth Associate to help us grow awareness and qualified pipeline primarily through offsite demand gen: educator communities, ambassador programs, teacher-trainer partnerships, and state-level conference sponsorships across our two main segments: USK12 schools (’K12) & International (‘IEFL’).
You’ll work closely with the CEO and GTM team to execute and iterate on a clear set of plays:
- Scale our Ambassador program (currently active in IEFL Reddit/Facebook groups) and expand it into US K–12 communities
- Scale our Reviews program (currently active for IEFL reviews, based on customers that express fondness for the work we do: Google Reviews/E-Learning Industry/Trustpilot)
- Scale partnerships with K–12 Teacher Trainer (“influencers”) (currently active with one key influencer) by co-hosting live webinar events and running a referral/kickback model for qualified US K–12 signups
- Execute our conference sponsorship playbook (state-specific TESOL/TOEFL conferences) paired with coupons + coordinated state-based teacher signup outreach
- Run conversion marketing for IEFL and K–12 segments using product analytics data / cohorts (e.g., Mixpanel cohorts) and execute via HubSpot (email/SMS/in-app messages)
- Maintain and iterate our Master Leads Workflow so demand-gen outputs convert into usable pipeline for the GTM team
- Maintain and update key website pages in WordPress (simple edits, publishing updates, and keeping pages current based on product updates)
- Maintain our customer case study pipeline and ship data-focused stories that support Sales/CS and website credibility
- Build creative assets required by GTM (product marketing assets, one-pagers, webinar/promo graphics, email visuals) and keep them organized and reusable
- Maintain and scale customer reviews operations and owned communities (e.g., Teacher Pay Teachers presence, review requests, and review-driven growth loops)
We’re listing what’s currently operating today. We expect you to scale these channels and bring growth-hacking creativity to take us to the next level by testing and building net-new growth channels.
This is a hands-on execution role: you’ll ship campaigns, manage the details, and build repeatable growth systems.
What you’ll do
1) Ambassador program (IEFL → US K–12 expansion)
- Recruit, onboard, and support ambassadors (teachers) in targeted communities (Reddit + Facebook groups)
- Create clear ambassador “asks” (post types, thread types, voice guidelines, disclaimers) consistent with our “show up authentically” strategy
- Build lightweight incentive mechanics (credits/thank-you offers) and track performance (signups, posts, reach, qualitative signal)
2) Teacher-trainer / influencer partnerships
- Identify and outreach to K–12 teacher trainers to propose co-marketing partnerships
- Coordinate and execute live webinar events (topic, outline, landing page, registration, reminders, follow-up)
- Implement and administer partner referral/kickback tracking for qualified US K–12 signups (tracking links, attribution, reporting)
3) Conference sponsorship playbook
- Research and maintain the calendar of state-level TESOL/TOEFL conferences we should sponsor
- Coordinate sponsorship logistics and pair each event with a simple multi-touch play:
- coupon/flyer distribution in swag bag
- state-based cold email outreach to drive teacher signups
- post-event follow-up sequence for Sales
- Ensure assets and execution follow the existing playbook and are delivered on schedule
- create and update simple campaign assets in Canva (flyers, social graphics, coupon images)
4) Master Leads Workflow maintenance
- Keep the Master Leads Workflow accurate and usable (dedupe, tagging, routing, hygiene)
5) Measurement & reporting
- Maintain UTM discipline and consistent campaign naming
- Report weekly on leading indicators (signups by channel/state, webinar attendance, ambassador activity) and what you’re changing next
6) Customer case studies (data-focused)
- Write customer case studies that highlight measurable outcomes (usage, growth, implementation metrics, and before/after impact)
- Coordinate inputs from Success/Product (customer context + data pulls), and turn them into publishable stories for the website and outreach
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years in demand gen / growth / performance marketing (B2B SaaS or edtech preferred)
- Comfort executing in HubSpot (emails/sms/in-app messages, lists, workflows, forms, reporting)
- Community/ambassador program management experience (especially in Reddit/Facebook groups)
- Strong writing skills a must
- Strong spoken communication and professional presentation skills, you will be meeting with our most cherished assets: our customers
- Data comfort: you can pull performance metrics and translate them into actionable next steps, are comfortable with running quantitative analysis and managing disparate data sources
- High attention to detail (campaign QA, links, tracking, segmentation)
- AI-first mindset: comfortable using AI tools to create high-quality creative assets quickly (ad variations, social graphics, landing-page copy, outlines, product videos)
- Default to action: you ship, learn, and iterate quickly
Bonus
- Experience marketing to K-12 district/educators and/or International ESL teachers
- Partnership marketing and/or affiliate/referral program operations
