Treat the presentations driving today's demand, inside a clinic built to grow with you.
Mood disorders, burnout, insomnia, and workplace strain are the presentations behind a large share of the enquiries our client acquisition engine produces every month. CPC Clinics is hiring a clinician to anchor this core adult practice area and to work at its premium edge: our executive facing programs, our workplace workshops, and our rTMS integrated care pathways for treatment resistant presentations.
About CPC Clinics
CPC Clinics is a Calgary multidisciplinary practice delivering counselling, assessment, rTMS neurostimulation through the EXOMIND platform, and structured wellness programs for executives and professionals. Clients move between services inside one coordinated practice.
The Role
You will treat adults presenting with depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, burnout, insomnia and disrupted sleep, phobias, and workplace conflict and stress. Clients whose mood presentations are treatment resistant can be considered for rTMS through our clinical pathway, and clients in senior professional roles may enter through or graduate into our Revive programs, which raises the ceiling on the clinical and financial scope of this role.

- Deliver structured burnout recovery work for professionals, including boundary, workload, and identity dimensions
- Treat insomnia and sleep disruption using CBT-I or equivalent evidence based approaches
- Provide exposure based treatment for specific phobias and fear presentations
- Support clients navigating workplace conflict, performance pressure, and career strain
- Participate in the clinical pathway that coordinates counselling with rTMS and the Revive programs where clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with College of Alberta Psychologists standards
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Registered Psychologist or Registered Provisional Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists
- Strong grounding in CBT and at least one additional evidence based modality
- Demonstrated experience treating mood and anxiety disorders in adults
Assets
- CBT-I training or demonstrated insomnia treatment experience
- Experience with executive, professional, or high performance clients
- Familiarity with rTMS as an adjunct for treatment resistant depression
- Experience delivering workplace mental health workshops or corporate facing programs
