Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our small team as a Registry Clerk. The ideal candidate should have previous Alberta Registry experience and strong administrative and communication skills. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office, providing excellent customer service, and managing various clerical tasks efficiently. We are a rural registry located in Beiseker. If you are looking to get away from the busy city life and settle in a small town or in the surrounding areas and have registry experince, this could be the place for you! This will be a Monday to Friday schedule and you will have the weekends free to enjoy.
Beiseker Registries is a full-service Registry office offering the following services:
Motor Vehicle Transactions, Driver Licence services, Corporate Services level 1, 2 and 3, Personal Property Searches, Vital Statistics, Commissioner for Oaths, Alberta Health Care, Security License Services and other services.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Certifications in Basic Registries, Alberta Health (AHCIP), Corporate Registries, and APPRES (required).
- provide a clear PIC (Police Information Check)
- Processing Alberta Government registries products
- Cash handling, Inventory maintenance, invoicing.
- Be responsible for following ongoing changes to policies and procedures provided by Alberta Government Services.
- Knowledge of computer applications/accurate keyboard skills.
- Appropriate treatment of confidential information (FOIP)
- Work cooperatively with team members.
- Adhere to employee and agent code of conduct
