Duties

- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.

- Proven experience in retail sales or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele.
- Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
