Location: Sen Beauty + Sen Foot & Health Clinic
Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Schedule
- Wednesday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Weekend Availability Required: Must be available to work up to two Saturdays and two Sundays per month when needed.
Please Note: Having weekend availability is a requirement of this position; however, weekend shifts are scheduled only as needed. We have a dedicated weekend administrator, and these shifts are primarily to provide additional support during busy periods, vacations, or schedule changes.
We value work-life balance and predictable scheduling. Team schedules are released at least two weeks before the upcoming month, giving you plenty of notice to plan ahead.

We're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Administrative Assistant to help support both Sen Beauty and Sen Foot & Health Clinic.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves creating an exceptional client experience.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our administrative team, you'll help ensure our evenings run smoothly by:
- Greeting clients and creating a welcoming experience
- Managing appointment bookings, confirmations, and scheduling changes
- Processing client payments and checkout
- Answering calls, emails, and client questions
- Supporting daily administrative tasks
- Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and professional
- Assisting with inventory and restocking
- Helping maintain the high level of service our clients expect
