Schedule: Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week (Monday-Saturday Rotation)

What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the trusted link between our customers and our technicians.
You'll guide customers through the service process from start to finish while delivering an experience that earns lifelong loyalty.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming first impression
- Listening carefully to customer concerns and documenting repair needs accurately
- Scheduling service appointments and managing daily workflow
- Preparing repair orders using our Dealer Management System (Serti experience is an asset)
- Communicating repair recommendations clearly and confidently
- Providing estimates and obtaining repair authorization
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Working closely with technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs
- Explaining maintenance recommendations and warranty coverage
- Managing vehicle delivery, invoicing and payment collection
- Coordinating customer transportation when required
- Following up after service to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Helping build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service

What We're Looking For
We're interested in people with the right attitude just as much as the right experience.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership (preferred)
- Strong customer service or sales experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding organization and time management abilities
- Confidence explaining technical information in simple terms
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Strong computer skills (Dealer Management System experience is an asset)
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
