Parts Advisor – East London Hyundai
East London Hyundai, a proud member of the Finch Auto Group, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our growing dealership team. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent listening skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in creating positive first impressions while using your product knowledge to help customers and technicians source the correct parts for their vehicles. You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative team that is committed to delivering an outstanding experience to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately identify customer parts needs using vehicle history, technical knowledge, and customer input

Provide knowledgeable recommendations, including related or additional parts where appropriate

Deliver prompt, professional service in person, over the phone, and via email

Stay current on Hyundai products, accessories, pricing, and aftermarket competition

Communicate estimated costs and delivery timelines clearly and effectively

Support customers with maintenance recommendations aligned with manufacturer specifications and warranty requirements

Work collaboratively with service technicians and other departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Maintain strong organizational practices and attention to detail in all transactions
What You Bring:

Previous experience in an automotive parts role (dealership experience preferred)

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift
