Office Clerk

Position Summary
As our Office Clerk, you'll be an important part of our daily operations by providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional customer service at the front counter and over the phone
· Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
· Perform reception and general administrative duties
· Complete data entry, filing, and record management
· Assist with basic bookkeeping and numerical data entry
· Maintain and update office databases and records
· Help with inventory, restocking and organization
· Perform other clerical and administrative duties as required
· Comfortable with physical work: lifting up to 50lbs
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience
· Strong data entry and basic bookkeeping skills
· Comfortable working with office equipment and handling numerical information
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
· Able to remain focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment
· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a good sense of humor
· Knowledge of oil and lubricants as asset but not required
