Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (Commensurate with experience).
Incentive Structure: High-yield commission tied to monthly net profit targets.
Total OTE: $70,000 – $100,000+ per annum.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new freight and logistics business.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new customers across manufacturing, distribution, retail, steel, construction, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and in-person customer visits.
- Present transportation and logistics solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting reports.
- Represent Samee Metal Trading at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Southern Ontario.
Preferred
- Freight, transportation, logistics, brokerage, trucking, or supply chain experience.
- Experience selling truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL), dedicated transportation, brokerage, or warehousing solutions.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, or similar).
