We are currently looking for Customer Service Representative to become a part of administration team in an auto glass distribution company.
Monday to Friday (8am-4:30pm)

Salary: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Assisting customers over the phone by determining their unique needs and place the order for call-in client
- Foster strong customer relationships, utilizing your innate sales acumen to understand their preferences and offer tailored recommendations.
- Provide administrative support to warehouse manager, actively participating in operations.
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English required, proficient in English writing, (This position requires frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients/vendors)
- Minimum 1 years customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel etc)
- Experience in Outbound sales calls will be a plus
- Will do attitude and able to work under press and fast-paced environments
