Calgary West Football Club is seeking a development-minded coach to support our girls’ and women’s development pathway. We are committed to increasing female representation within our coaching team, and women are strongly encouraged to apply.
We are looking for a coach who is passionate about long-term player development, learning-centred environments, and age-appropriate coaching practice.
Desired requirements
- Canada Soccer C Licence (minimum) or equivalent foreign qualification
- Relevant coaching experience
- Academic qualifications in coaching, sport science, physical education, or a related field are considered an asset

Location and schedule
Training takes place primarily in Northwest Calgary, with league games played across the city. The role will include evening and weekend commitments.
